My initial introduction was at the opening of a Unit which I now own. Kym demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the industry and throughout the process kept me informed continually along the road to ownership. He was very accessible at what can be a stressful time and discussions were always informative and understandable. Kym goes above and beyond to make sure all parties are happy with the outcome. I was so impressed by his professionalism that I have appointed him as the property manager for my unit. I have continued to be very happy as he has such a strong work ethic and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring property services.

  Kym and his team know Adelaide. I am always happy to deal with them. Kym has a strong knowledge of the Adelaide hills though his knowledge in all locations is strong. What that meant for me is that when I wanted to buy an investment property in another location he had sufficient information to guide me through the process. Aside from his knowledge, he communicated the steps along the way, let me know what was happening and answered my infinite questions. His patience is second to none and try it I did. He also has an amazing network, of business people at his disposal, so questions in regard to a conveyancer, a mortgage broker, and what happens under different circumstances were answered by equally knowledgeable people. What could have been a nightmare experience for me was ultimately a dream. Cannot recommend highly enough.
